While we had seen the Moreno Group signs around, it was after a strong personal recommendation that we contacted them. We are so glad we met Laura and her team. Laura made things as painless as possible and basically took over as a project manager. Trusting her, we followed her steps of appropriate renovations, tasteful staging (her stager Natasha was also great), and putting forward a smart pricing and marketing strategy. While there were certainly challenges we came across, Laura and her team helped us deal with them appropriately. Laura even went out of her way to help us with other real estate related issues unrelated to the property she was working on. As great as Laura is, she also has a great team behind her that played an important role like Alex Patch and Eileen. To me, having the least painful experience was the main priority, but on top of this, we sold for a price way higher than we ever imagined. Our price per sq ft is one of the highest I've ever seen.
