Laura made things as painless as possible and basically took over as a project manager. Trusting her, we followed her steps of appropriate renovations, tasteful staging (her stager Natasha was also great), and putting forward a smart pricing and marketing strategy. While there were certainly challenges we came across, Laura and her team helped us deal with them appropriately. Laura even went out of her way to help us with other real estate related issues unrelated to the property she was working on.
